Property maintenance brings everything we do together into a plan: mowing and trimming in season, cleanups in spring and fall, shrub and small tree care, keeping brush from creeping back into fencerows, and an eye on your larger trees and drainage.
It’s a good fit for larger lots, rural properties, older homes with mature trees, and owners who’d rather have one dependable crew than juggle a mower guy, a tree guy and a cleanup guy.
- Have a larger lot or acreage that takes more than a weekend to keep up
- Own a home with mature trees that need regular attention
- Are away for part of the year or simply short on time
- Manage a rental or investment property
- Have just finished a clearing or restoration project and want to keep it that way
The whole job, not just the cut.

- Shrub trimming and small ornamental tree care
- Brush and invasive regrowth control along edges and fencerows

Straight answers on cost.
Every property is different, so we price after we’ve seen the job. Estimates are free, and you’ll know the full scope and price before anything starts. These are the things that move the number:
- Property size and the mix of lawn, beds, trees and wooded edges
- What’s included in the plan and how often
- Larger tree work, which is quoted separately when it comes up
- Access and terrain
Common questions
What’s the difference between this and lawn care?
Lawn care is the grass. Property maintenance covers the whole outdoor property: lawn, shrubs, small trees, edges, cleanups and keeping an eye on bigger trees and drainage.
Is large tree work included?
Routine shrub and small-tree care is. Big jobs like a large removal or major pruning are quoted separately so you always know what you’re approving.
Do you maintain rental or commercial properties?
Tell us about the property and we’ll talk about whether it’s a good fit.
